Order Coordinator (m/f/d)

As a contract coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring a multi-site, predictive planning and handling of customer orders to optimize the responsiveness of the company to future and capacitive changes You ensure cross-company production planning as well as the factory-specific rough planning (priorization, appointment and harmonisation of production orders taking into account deadlines, production capacities, material capacities and the order situation) Examination of orders for feasibility and loading into the ERP system is in your hands In addition, you will take care of the definition, planning and monitoring of the implementation of work stocks based on cost centers in the manufacturing sector You are responsible for the stock of own-production parts and the definition of strategic stockholding concepts (minimum stocks/security stocks) You define, maintain and monitor the MRP parameters for self-made components in cooperation with the work preparation In your position, you will work in the change process and the complaint process with regard to stocks and dates for parts of your own and foreign products, in close coordination with the material control and production with You support the determination of demand dates for foreign procurement components and internal coordination with the Malerial Control In addition, you are responsible for the coordination and introduction of shipping activities and for the identification of relevant risks

You have a 2-year-old technical training as a master or technician, and several years of professional experience, or a completed study of economic engineering with ideally additional commercial knowledge. In addition, you have further knowledge in the field of order planning and/or fee management Convince us with your analytical thinking and your strong coordination and organizational talent Very good ERP-knowledge (e.g. SAP) and good IT-knowledge in MS-Office are ideal APS identifiers are advantageous Experience in optimizing processes is advantageous Good communication and team skills complete your profile
