Active sales including presentation and sale of our products/services of the EKATO Service product portfolio Market and competition analysis to identify new business opportunities Active development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships as well as ensuring high customer retention, including through regular visits on site Participation in the introduction of new service products and solutions Head of Mission (m/w/d) for Foreign Affairs with close cooperation with the External Organisation and all areas in Service Support the external service in customer visits and training Tracking offers with status reports in the CRM system Participation in trade fairs and events

Closed shopping or techn.
