As a Functional PMO HCM Cloud, you play a central role in managing and coordinating GFTs (HR Global Actional Team) along the Employee Experience Lifecycles. You report directly to the Functional Project Management and work closely with global stakeholders – including GFTs, Tech4People and the HR TOM organization. You control the functional project teams through all phases: design, testing, go-live, hypercare

You are the contact person in the design of the target image Germany

You recognize risks early and find solutions before You become problems

You bring people together – and bring different interests to a table

You will help shape global and local workshops where new HR processes will be rethinked.

You critically check new end-to-end processes and ensure a strong user experience

You are a key player for stakeholders worldwide – from GFTs, Tech4People and the HR TOM organization

What you bring: A successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification

Found experience in managing projects, ideally in the HR or IT environment

Enthusiasm for HR, digital transformation processes and collaborative work

Own initiative, sense of responsibility and the ability to make decisions

Embossed communication strength, even in complex or challenging situations

Joy in questioning existing processes and continuously improving

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
