*Your Tasks*

• Individually responsible preparation of all foods according to our recipes
• Pre- and post-production of the kitchen: Mise en Place, check of goods
• Compliance with HACCP hygiene standards
• Ensuring quality, taste and optics of dishes
• Goods acceptance, storage and inventory control
• Support in creating day/week cards
• Cleanliness and order at work

*Your profile*

• Complete training as a cook or several years of experience in gastronomy
• Passion for Bavarian and good-bourgeois cuisine
• Reliable, clean and independent operation
• Teamability and loadability, even at high level
• Willingness to shift, weekend and holiday work
• German knowledge for the communication in the team
