Editing orders – you take responsibility for the handling of standard orders and ensure a smooth process. Coordinate customer orders – you confirm orders, make appointments and keep track of all processes. Data management with system – You carefully maintain customer and order data in the CRM system (C4C) and keep them up to date. Flexiblely respond to changes – you process adaptations to existing orders and control the necessary process changes. From delivery to invoice, everything is handled – you place deliveries and create the corresponding invoices. Order tracking with a wide view – you monitor the status of the orders and ensure a timely disposition. Communicative interface – you work closely with colleagues from production, logistics, material management, project management and sales.

Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife, logistics businessman/wife, forwarding businessman/wife) or comparable qualification At least 2 years of professional experience in contract management or a similar field Safe handling of MS-Office as well as knowledge in SAP desirable Structured and independent working with hands-on mentality Solution-oriented, communication-strong and service-oriented personality Teamability and rapid understanding
