For our clients, an internationally active provider of exceptional construction projects in the sports, culture and business environment, we are looking for a calibrator (m/w/d) as part of an exclusive mandate. In this position you are far more than a classic number expert: You already accompany exciting construction projects in an early stage, bring your technical and economic know-how actively into the project process and work closely with project management, purchasing and other areas of expertise. You not only calculate challenging projects, but also develop economically viable solutions for individual construction projects together with the team.

• independent costing of demanding construction projects and creation of offers • Active participation in the project process and participation in internal and external project dates • Examination of technical documentation and development of economic calculation bases • Acquisition, evaluation and negotiation of subcontractors and suppliers • Construction and development of a powerful supplier and subcontractor network • Close cooperation with project management, purchasing and other specialist areas for the development of economic project solutions • Support for yields and continuous optimization of costing processes

• Successfully completed training or study in construction, wood technology, architecture or a comparable subject • First professional experience (approx. 2–3 years) or multiannual experience in the construction calculation – dedicated junior candidates are explicitly welcome • Ideally experience in building, interior construction, trade fair construction, timber construction or a comparable project business • Strong communication personality with pleasure in interdisciplinary cooperation • Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation • Interest in technically demanding and individual construction projects • Joy in identifying new suppliers and entrepreneurs and building long-term partnerships
