During your three-year training at Mentor, you will work from the outset and learn from our instructors in the departments: plastic injection molding, tool construction, quality assurance and maintenance like you: Plastic injection moulding machines, robot systems and injection moulds Manufacturing processes monitor, optimize and document Quality control of your produced molded parts Technical drawings made Operational readiness of machines, equipment and installations Preparing injection moulds for use in production Production and assembly In addition to the company training, you will visit the Berufskolleg Werther Brücke in Wuppertal. To prepare for your final exam part 1, you will visit a workshop.
