Your tasks as an object manager

• They organize and monitor the cleaning work and ensure their efficient execution.
• The quality of cleaning is regularly checked by you, and you carry out training for your staff. In direct communication with customers and by participating in team meetings, ensure the smooth running of the service.
• They create schedules and ensure the optimal organisation of jobs, so that all areas are covered. Job interviews and staff talks are just as important as hiring new employees.
• You monitor proof of working time, optimize workflows and perform instructions for your cleaning staff.
• In addition, you are responsible for the maintenance and clean room cleaning in your property
• The preparation of your employees' wage bills is also your responsibility.

Your profile

• Successfully completed training in building cleaning or housekeeping
• Extensive professional experience in building cleaning or Household business
• Professional and well-kept appearance as well as sovereign handling of customers
• Excellent German knowledge in word and writing
• Class B driving licence is mandatory
