With Mercedes-Benz AG, the vehicle manufacturer is one of the largest providers of premium and luxury cars and vans. In VAN development we design the VAN Electric Architecture - the next generation of Sprinter, V-Class and Vito. Specifically, the ''Digital maturity degree'' team is responsible for the data delivery process for hardware development data as well as Digital Mock Up (DMU) methods and processes. In this role, we define milestones of the development process (e.g., the equipment and the state of development of digital reference vehicles at specific times), track their status (e.g. by the visualization of the current development data and their testing for completeness, quality and consistency) and create transparency about the degree of target achievement or the necessary measures for its increase. We are a highly motivated, eight-headed team that, on the basis of a lot of experience every day, the changing challenges of vehicle development are emerging together. We rely on modern tools, are ready to challenge and develop processes and ourselves, so that together with our many stakeholders we get the best for the product. In addition to a value-adding environment and a relaxed working atmosphere, we offer you an insight into the following areas: New vehicle development from a vehicle perspective: What is a vehicle and how is a complete product made of individual components that is enthusiastic?

Development project control: How is a development project built, what are the intermediate steps and how do you know what to do and how far you are?

Data-based project management, reporting and decision-making processes to top management: How do managers learn about the current status of a large project, what are decisions based and who does it work?

Development Dashboard Back-Ends: Automate dashboard updating via a connection to our data storage and cloud infrastructure to reduce manual expenditure by modern IT processes

Introduction AI-based knowledge management: Create a chat platform to spread project-specific information within the meaning of a 1st level support

Development process metadata: Find Approach Points for Process Improvements in the Metadata of the Development Process

Project Management Office Digital maturity: Manage dates, create film sets and protocols and ensure that results are delivered in time
