At the Detmold, Blomberg and Schieder-Schwalenberg sites we offer various offers to give young people stability and create a place of exchange and prospects for the future.   In the SOS Children's Village Lippe we are looking for a 01.08.2026 Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full time or part-time (min. 30 - max. 38.5 hours/Where.) In our children's daycare facility at the SOS Children's Village Lippe we serve up to 34 children from one year to the school entrance in two groups. Our kita is located directly on the forest – this special location proves our everyday life: we spend time in nature and consciously set a natural educational focus. At the same time, inclusion is a key concern for us. We accompany children with different needs and create a space where every child is welcome and can develop individually. Another important part of our work is a healthy, sustainable approach: Our cook prepares fresh meals from organic ingredients, regionally and seasonally. Sustainability and careful handling of our environment are self-confident for us.

Your task: Your tasks include:Â You accompany and support children from the age of 1 year to the school entrance in their individual development You actively promote the inclusion of children with special needs and create a valuable, supportive environment You guide regular parental practices and carefully document the development processes of the children You are committed to team discussions, supervisions and concept days You make everyday everyday life creative, structured and child-oriented – especially in the natural educational context You are responsible for the implementation of child and care protection
