Head of Production (m/f/d)

You are developing the responsibility strategically along the corporate and OPEX objectives and are responsible for budget and cost center Central production indicators (OEE, Committee, Productivity, Energy Efficiency) tax you pay-based and derive measures Continuous improvement according to OPEX/Lean principles (KVP, 5S, Kaizen, TPM) you drive ahead and introduce best practices from benchmarking Your team guides you professionally and disciplinary – with trusted communication, targeted development and clear, comprehensible decisions An economic, timely production is ensured in close coordination with SCM, technology, logistics, purchasing and quality management Digitization, MES/SAP and Lean projects drive ahead and meet decisions data-based on KPI dashboards You are responsible for occupational safety, GMP/HACCP standards and sustainability and energy efficiency targets in the field

You have a completed degree (e.g. food technology, economic engineering) or a training with further education as a master:in/technician:in the food industry Insufficient professional experience in a comparable position of the food industry and well-founded experience in employee management Experience with OPEX/KVP, Lean Management and Project Management Embossed number-based, analytical thinking and high digital affinity (SAP, MES/HYDRA, BI tools) Entrepreneurial thinking, coupled with the ability to develop the area strategically Management competency, team skills, enforcement strength and communication strength Structured, solution-oriented working and good English skills
