Shift supervisor (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team at the Erlensee site, we are looking for a shift leader (m/w/d).

You are the pivot point in the shift by motivating and guiding the team and ensuring that the production performance in the machine park is guaranteed.

Your job as a shift leader (m/w/d): You are responsible for compliance with statutory and company-internal work, health, hygiene and environmental regulations

You guide, coordinate and motivate your team in the layer you are assigned and take into account our management guidelines (management standards)

You independently ensure production performance in the entire machine park within your responsibility. With your team, you participate in the continuous improvement process and actively manage the department-specific KPIs (e.g. DPPM, OTIF, Waste, Absence)

You carry out regular team meetings and production meetings (performance board, KPIs, corporate strategy etc.)

You train and train your team regularly to ensure time, quality and productivity-oriented production

Together with your team, you will clean and maintain the facilities in your area of responsibility, and you will be in close contact with our maintenance team

You are responsible for order and cleanliness at work

Your professional as a shift leader (m/w/d): You have a successfully completed professional/technical vocational training and (almost) a successfully completed further training to master or technician

You have first leadership experience, a pronounced social competence and communication strength in dealing with a team

You bring a multiannual professional experience in the production/production process and you will have the most desirable knowledge in the production and processing of corrugated board

You have knowledge of goods management systems

You like to work in a 3-layer system for different days and nights and take advantage of the associated advantages with or 3-layer system and take advantage of the associated advantages (shift change for weeks, Sa/So free - at night shift Sa until 6 o'clock / No full condition)

You work independently, planning, systematic and quality-conscious
