The Königshof Hotel Resort**S in Oberstaufen offers its guests with 106 rooms and a 2,500 sqm spa area with 2 bathing and sauna landscapes, relaxation oasis and the unique rock vault, highest level recreation. Our conference centre with light-filled rooms and guaranteed mountain views is also impressive. Culinary, our guests can be pampered in two individual restaurants and let the live music in our evening bar make the holiday a special experience.

The Königshof Hotel Resort is a traditional hotel in the Allgäu Alps with a view of the Hochgrat and a bit away from the centre of Oberstaufen. We offer our guests relaxation & active holiday in line.

We are looking for you as F&B Manager (m/w/d)!

Type of employment: Full time

A warm host in the gastronomic areas of the hotel

Support of the chef & crew as well as responsibility for the service area and the team of 12 employees

leadership and motivation of the team and personnel deployment planning for the service area

Cooperation with the management and other departments

Developing & defining standards

Structure of preparation and service processes

Quality control for products, services and cleanliness

Working in the service areas and in the customer service in the operating business:

evening business, conference business, event business

Co-organization, planning and implementation of events

Compliance with the HACCP guidelines and regulations of the Professional Association

Compliance with cost structures and costing of offers

Evaluation of daily revenues in relation to budget and coordination with management

Checking of cash entries / cancellations, cash programming Implementation of the inventory and preparation of the evaluation for the service area Participation in Head of Division meetings

Complete training in gastronomy Guide experience (also in stellvertret. Position) in a similar position Active cooperation and self-thinking, with high performance Willingness to work for weekends and holidays on hotel usual working hours Advanced knowledge with MS Office programs Organizational designer, motivator and social leadership competence, ownership, quality awareness & reliability Very good knowledge of German and English language
