Proven experience (at least 3 years) in data-driven (KPI, OLA/SLA) leading functions in the operating management of cloud infrastructures, virtualization technologies and managed service platform operations. Designed tactical leadership and team management skills, with a track record in managing technical teams in mixed, hybrid and decentralised environments. Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with team members, interest groups and customers. Embossed problem solving capabilities, attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving technical problems. Experience in project management, including priority setting, resource allocation and compliance with deadlines. Engagement for continuous learning, continuous updating of technological advances and driving innovations within the team.
