Conception, implementation and evaluation of A/B and time series tests for advertising media, landing pages (Call-to-Action [CTA Buttons]) and display texts Collecting and analyzing data and identifying trends and insights to achieve a maximum ROI in SEA campaigns Maximize profitability (improving conversion rate) and proactive communication of account performances based on traffic mix and keyword quality Optimization of landing pages (HTML/CSS) Effective planning, execution and constant optimization of SEA campaigns on Google Ads Monitoring campaign performance and continuous testing of Ads accounts for irregularities Contributions to strategic decision-making processes for new funnels and communication materials Regular check of full-funnel consistency and communication of funnel/tracking/content improvements as well as ideas for testing Monitoring and analysis of the performance of the measures carried out and the development of the associated reporting and evaluation based on KPIs Participation in budget planning and forecasting Own and self-organized work is assumed.

Mind. 3 years of experience in SEA campaign management at a company, start-up or agency. Good knowledge of technologies used in the SEA context (SEMrush); Search Console etc.) Target-oriented and structured personality with hands-on mentality Very good analytical and conceptual skills for carrying out Cause Analysis Independent and responsible work Result-oriented thinking and the ability to encrypt complex structures Effective and proactive communication skills to achieve the best results in the team High flexibility, agile mindset, open to changes Very good knowledge of MS Office Business thinking and acting Experience in performing SEA campaigns in the B2C range is advantageous You convince by clear communication, active knowledge sharing and are committed to our team.
