In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated job coordinator / object manager (m/w/d) in Finkenwerder, who takes responsibility both in operational control and in quality management of technical cleaning. In this function, you play a central role at the interface between customer, employees and internal processes. Your duties

1. Operational control on site Coordination and supervision of daily operations at the site Management and deployment planning of secondary workers Creation and maintenance of cleaning and application plans Control of time records and presences

2. Quality management & documentation Implementation and follow-up of internal QM measures Create simple evaluations and reports with Excel and PowerPoint Documentation of operations and measures Support in the continuous optimization of processes

3. Customer Care & Communication Contact person for planners, masters and foreworkers Coordination of operational details and special orders Close cooperation with the location management and central team Communication with suppliers (e.g. for material requirements)

4. Administrative representation of the location management Takeover of administrative tasks in the absence of the service manager Accompanying offers and calculations Implementation of safety instructions in cooperation with the SL Support for the introduction of new employees Your property is located in Hamburg. Completed vocational training or comparable qualification Experience in object management, operational coordination or operational control Good knowledge of quality management (QM) of advantage Secure handling of MS Excel, Word, & Outlook Structured, independent operation and high communication capability Driving licence class B mandatory Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Standing for occasional weekend work
