With us you will get to know the Financial Services industry in all its facets - from strategy consulting to auditing the annual financial statements and coverage of financial scandals. These include, among other things, the creation of FinTechs, crypto currencies, ESG, prevention and clarification of money laundering and fraud cases, the use of modern technologies such as blockchain, AI and V Experience for process automation.

As a Trainee X:plore Financial Services, you will receive an unlimited contract directly for your entry, and we guarantee you a personal mentoring as well as accompanying professional and methodical training, in addition to exciting rotations and topics. From the outset, you work with demanding projects and act directly as a full-fledged team member. Not only do you get to know the diversity of the financial industry, but also our broad customer portfolio. Depending on the field of application, you can introduce yourself here: You accompany audit and consulting orders, such as consolidated and annual audits, expert opinions on accounting and assessment issues, and the development of digital audit solutions. You can also participate in transaction and transformation projects, such as due diligence, M&A consulting or corporate assessment. You support strategy and management consulting, e.g. in banking foundations, cost and process optimization projects, as well as the development and operationalisation of strategic realignments strategies. You advise on IT and digitization projects, such as the digital transformation of financial institutions, the development of IT strategies, IT security issues or the introduction of cloud solutions. You will also advise on changes in corporate governance, such as the development of an integrated overall bank control, the implementation of regulatory requirements and the holistic advice of the Chief Financial Officer.

Trainee (w/m/d) X:plore Financial Services You will be able to study economics, business informatics, law, humanities or comparable studies with us – also from the MINT area. You are interested in the Financial Services industry and ideally have first practical experience in the financial industry, e.g. in the context of internships or work study activities. We require a safe handling of the current MS‐Office applications. You can master German at least on C1 level, bring knowledge of English with you and want an international working environment. You are open to new things, you like to work in the team and are motivated to introduce and advance new ideas. You bring travel willingness to be able to advise our customers on site.
