You are responsible for the support of various IT applications in the vicinity of Asset DE You work strongly within the application(s) i.e. you configure workflows, first set software packages, run user management and enter Keyuser within the application(s) You supervise and test various interfaces, e.g., to SAP and agree on changes to infrastructure with the service providers Together with the departments, you analyze and shape IT requirements and are also responsible for application configuration and functional management. You work closely with the department as well as with external IT service providers and also coordinates towards our further internal service teams You start error messages, change requests perform error analyses and take over the monitoring of error processing Your activity profile is rounded off by administration tasks, such as data imports and exports, technical license administration and user management in the relevant IT applications.

You have completed your studies as a Bachelor (economic) informatics or you can provide a comparable qualification (e.g. training as an IT specialist and relevant professional experience in IT) Your strength is to quickly capture things and to quickly find you in process processes with a focus on technical applications. You are not afraid of complex technical relationships in the field of user areas and are able to work quickly In addition, you convince with basic knowledge of Service Management processes (ITIL) and relational databases (Oracle, SQL) You already have knowledge of handling and configuration within different cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP
