Analysis of housing processes: You continue to build our company-wide internal control system (IKS) with BIC GRC and develop existing control processes. In doing so, you analyze and evaluate controls in central processes in the housing industry, including in inventory management, rent accounting or operating costs accounting, as well as in procurement and procurement processes. Control management, reporting and risk mitigation: You develop effective controls for risk mitigation, set up control plans and perform regular control tests including documentation. In addition, you will prepare reports and policy templates for departments and other bodies. Examination and Process Digitalization: In close cooperation with the operational departments, internal auditing, compliance and auditors, you also support the annual audits and special audits. At the same time, you actively participate in digitization and automation projects and ensure that new processes are optimally set up under control and risk points. In addition, you take representation tasks in risk management and actively contribute to its further development.

In handling ERP systems and MS Office 365 you are safe and routined. Ideally, you already have experience with GBTEC BIC GRC.
