The Evangelical Hospital Alsterdorf goes to the medical societies of the Evangelical Foundation Alsterdorf. It is an academic teaching hospital of the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf and has a special assignment for the medical and nursing care of people with disabilities. Currently, the Evangelical Hospital Alsterdorf distributes over 327 fully stationar and 91 partially stationar beds. On our geriatric stations we care for old patients: within the framework of planned recordings - without connected emergency recording.

The structured uptake organisation and solid interdisciplinary processes facilitated high-quality, resource-oriented care with appropriate time for individual care. In order to strengthen our teams we are looking for a care professional (m/w/d) for the Geriatrie.

Overview of tasks

• Professional identification with the treatment concept of geriatric care
• Implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Collection of care, care planning and the active design of the care process
• Engaged, self-sufficient and resource-oriented work in a multi-professional team

We are looking

• A completed training for the health and nursing caregiverin, nursing caregiver, nursing caregiverin or a university degree in the dual Bachelor course Care
• Ready to work in the 3-layer system
• Empathy, communication, organizational skills and team skills
• You are service-oriented - the work FOR, MIT and AN our patient is self-confident
