Responsibility for building and technology – reliable support for residential and commercial properties

A mastermind (m/w/d) with a technical background is being sought for the Magdeburg site. The activities include the maintenance of tenants and the implementation of repair work and technical controls in residential and commercial real estate.

♪ Your future task:

• Implementation of repairs, maintenance and repairs
• Regular object controls and documentation of tours
• Operation, monitoring and control of industrial plants
• Support for spatial reconstructions and the equipment of rooms with furniture, technology and materials
• Monitoring and control of foreign companies as part of maintenance or maintenance work
• Creation of reports and documentation, including digital recording in computer systems
• Contact person for tenants in technical and organizational matters

• Driving license class 3 / B mandatory
