Business objectives in the area of Digital Customer Experience for LKQ DACH successfully implement and adapt European digital solutions to regional requirements You conduct and develop your team, guide team meetings, conduct employee talks and plan personnel deployment taking into account legal regulations and LKQ values Optimization and implementation of data-specific methods for providing data for e-commerce systems and print catalogs is one of your tasks as well as the participation in the creation and planning of print catalogs in close cooperation with external service providers They ensure data quality and process optimization in cooperation with internal and external partners, including analysis, planning and implementation of catalog system processes and quality control By identifying and promoting best practices in the region, you are constantly contributing to improving digital performance while creating investment plans and budgets They support the implementation of SOX-relevant requirements, risk assessment and regular success control and quality assurance in the area of responsibility

You have a successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, E-Commerce, Digital Business, Data Management or a comparable qualification Ideally, you bring well-founded experience in digital product data management (e.g. PIM, DAM, MDM), preferably in e-commerce or automotive parts environment You have experience with data processes, data modeling and quality assurance of product data They are familiar with digital system landscapes (e.g. ERP, PIM, CMS, Print Publishing) and provide technical understanding for interfaces and data flows You have already managed teams, develop your employees and promote an agile, solution-oriented approach They work structured and understand to advance technical topics in interdisciplinary working groups Communication strength, joy in working with different teams as well as excellent knowledge of German and English complete your profile
