Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

You address our customers in the B2C area by phone and email and are their first contact person in questions and concerns

You provide expert advice on our glass products and provide a positive service experience You reliably process and track orders, complaints and returns and find customer-oriented solutions You enter our customers through various sales channels such as our webshop, Amazon and national and international platforms In close cooperation with logistics and sales, you can ensure a smooth running of all processes You document all service processes conscientiously In addition, you actively participate in building, structuring and standardizing our customer service processes and support their continuous professionalization At the Bonn site, you can support our shop and factory sales

You have a completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification

Ideally, you bring first professional experience in customer service or shipping You draw your attention through a pronounced service orientation as well as a friendly and professional appearance With your very good communication skills and your joy in dealing with people You positive customer experiences You work carefully, structured and independent and your handling of MS Office is safe You are interested in process optimization and in the further development of customer service You share our passion for cooking, sustainable preservation and the iconic WECK products In addition, you have knowledge of English in word and writing
