Working Student Donation Accounting (m/f/d)

The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees.

To strengthen the Data & Analytics department in the Marketing department at the Munich office, we are looking for a

in fixed-term employment, part-time (20 hours/day)

With this activity we talk to dedicated students who want to acquire practical experience in a very interesting and varied field of work in addition to their studies and at the same time support us in our everyday work.

Your tasks include supporting the Data & Analytics unit in the Team Spender Database: Book all payments and, where appropriate, correction bookings (e.g. donations, sponsorships, licenses) Account verification and notification of payments to the competent departments electronic and legal accounts and Internet donations and other means of payment Data management, updating and address research of donor data in our CRM system Telephone support of donors and business partners Creation of payment confirmations Care of team-internal knowledge documentation (e.g. processes, internal FAQs)

You are studying in the field of BWL, VWL, finance or in a comparable course You are responsible, you like to work independently and bring good coordination and organisational skills Teamability and communication strength as well as an analytical and process-oriented way of working out You have very good knowledge of the current MS Office applications (Word, Excel, MS Teams, Power Point) and are ready to work into new programs Secure knowledge of German and a good expression in word and writing A good understanding and a structured way of working complete your profile
