Various tasks You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team “Breitband und Licht” with ten employees. Together with your team, you will ensure optimal planning and processing of broadband expansion and the provision of services in road lighting in the EnBW ODR supply area. In addition, you will develop the two business segments on the basis of the market requirements and the corporate strategy. You are responsible for the budget, projects and key figures of the two business segments and regularly report to the management, management and management of the ODR networks. In addition, you are driving forward the further development of product portfolios, processes, tools and methods both in the team and in the group environment. You control and coordinate all projects of the team in terms of execution, resource use, target achievement, dependencies and risks in close cooperation with internal and external partners and contracting entities, such as municipalities, counties, network operators, special purpose associations and funding providers. In doing so, you will accompany both broadband projects in own-economic development and in assisted development, including funding management. In addition, you are responsible for the calculations in the project initiation as well as the post-calculation after project completion. You maintain active network and relationship management within and outside the company. You promote the individual further development of the employees and strengthen the team culture, in particular with regard to the speciality of two different business areas in the team. Convincing profile Training: You have a successfully completed technical or business studies (e.g. electrical engineering, industrial engineering, civil engineering, business management) or a comparable qualification. Experiences: You bring multi-year professional and ideally leadership experience in project management, network construction, broadband or lighting environment. Knowledge: You ideally have knowledge of funding management and cooperation with contracting authorities. You are also safe to use modern tools for project management and calculation.
