What you can move with us Active Directory & Entra ID: You design, design, implement and operate complex AD and Entra ID environments focusing on hybrid identity, conditional access, AD Connect and Pass-Through authentication. Identity & Access Management: You are responsible for the entire Microsoft IAM landscape including Entra ID Governance, Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and the implementation of modern zero-trust architectures. Virtualization & HCI platforms: You plan, implement and develop VMware-based virtualization and HCl environments continuously (vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria Suite). Microsoft 365 Operation: You operate and optimize Microsoft-365-tenant environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and Defender for Cloud Apps. File Services & Storage: Manage and develop Microsoft File Services (Windows File Server, DFS-Namespaces, DFS-Replication, Storage Spaces Direct, Azure File Sync). PKI infrastructures: You build, operate and manage PKI environments throughout the lifecycle (Microsoft CA, Enterprise CA, Subordinate CAs, SCEP/NDES, Autoenrollment, Certificate Lifecycle Management). Project Management & Transformation: You take over the technical leadership and act as a lead in large transformation and migration projects, for example in AD or VMware migrations as well as hybrid cloud initiatives. 3rd level support & optimization: You analyze complex disturbances, perform root-cause analyses and proactively drive the optimization of the data center platforms. Mentoring & Collaboration: You coach junior and mid-level administrators and work closely with security, cloud and network.

You're right with us when... You have at least 6–8 years of well-founded professional experience in these technologies and have worked on senior or lead level for at least 3 years. Bringing you very good knowledge and practical experience in areas such as Active Directory & Entra ID (Hybrid), VMware (vSphere, vSAN, NSX), Microsoft 365 (including Admin Center, PowerShell, Graph API), Microsoft File Services & Storage and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). You can ideally demonstrate relevant certifications, for example in the Microsoft (Identity, Enterprise, Security) or VMware environment (VCP / VCAP). You have very good PowerShell and Scripting skills and actively drive automation. You are distinguished by a high problem-solving competence, a structured working method and a pronounced hands-on mentality. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You are willing to take on occasional readiness. .
