Own implementation of the pay bill for different groups of employees Participation in the further development of the pay bill Operational processing and collection of follow-up activities and annual work Professional response to requests from employees, health insurance companies and authorities Creating certificates and evaluations Support Time management system Control tasks in cooperation with service providers Working with the digitalisation of the personal processes

Completed commercial vocational training or study Multiannual well-founded professional experience in payroll accounting Extensive knowledge of tax and social security law Ideally knowledge in public service tariff law (TVöD, TV-V) Ideally SAP HCM user knowledge Digitalization experience desirable Structured and very careful operation, very high self-initiative and resilience Responsibility and reliability
