Construction site visit: You are regularly on our construction sites and make sure that quality, safety and order are adhered to. Check both the professional execution of the work and compliance with our internal HSEQ requirements and customer-specific requirements. Warehouse, order & safety: You carry out visits to construction camps and support points and pay particular attention to safe material storage, order, cleanliness, correct marking and effective measures for theft and access protection. Documentation & tracking: You document your findings systematically and digitally, if you have meaningful deficiencies reports, take appropriate measures to eliminate deficiencies and follow their implementation in coordination with construction managers and project managers. Communication & Enforcement: In case of discrepancies or violations of the rule, you actively go to direct communication, clearly mention the facts and represent the quality and safety requirements in challenging situations.

You have a technical training in the field of electrical engineering, piping construction or civil engineering, a further training to the technician or master (m/w/d) and experience in quality assurance, construction monitoring or in the HSEQ environment are desirable. A structured, independent and reliable way of working, as well as the ability to organize and implement tasks independently, stand out. The facts are communicated by you clearly, objectively and bindingly – also to construction managers, project managers and other stakeholders as well as to deviations or violations of rules. Quality, safety and ordering requirements are consistent and require necessary measures to eliminate defects. High readiness for travel on construction sites in the Bavarian and Thuringia area is assumed. You also have a secure handling of digital tools for documentation, analysis and reporting.
