Dental Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)

Description Become a part of schöler+werner We are looking for a dedicated dental assistant*in to strengthen our practice.

Your tasks:

• Organization and coordination of practice processes
• Care and reception of our patients
• scheduling and coordination of treatment processes
• Administrative activities in everyday practice
• Communication with patients, health insurance companies and other costs
• Creation and processing of cure and cost plans
• Dental services accounted for by BEMA and GOZ
• Invoicing and settlement control support

Your profile:

• Completed training as ZFA or ZMV
• Joy in organization and a structured everyday practice
• Friendly and professional appearance in dealing with patients
• Reception and administration experience
• knowledge of BEMA, GOZ and HKP
• Structured, careful and self-responsible operation
• reliability, discretion and organizational strength
• Safe handling of digital practice processes
