For its well-developed Rhein-Main branch, Euro is looking for an experienced personality for the independent calculation of raw construction and construction projects.

Self-employed calculation of raw and civil engineering services in the Rhine-Main region (approximately € 10–50 million) Examination of tender documents, performance directories and plan documents Mass determination, cost estimation and creation of technical supply strategies Acquisition and Evaluation of Subcontractor and Supplier Offerings Close coordination with branch, project and construction management as well as purchasing Participation in supply negotiations, chance/risk analyses and handover to execution Care and further development of calculation bases and characteristic values

Completed civil engineering, architecture or comparable technical studies, alternative technician/master with relevant construction practice Multiannual experience in costing, supply processing or AVA in raw/high or SF construction Safe in dealing with VOB, mass determination, unit price formation and costing software (ideally RIB iTWO) Embossed cost and quality awareness, analytical strength and accuracy Very good German knowledge and regional availability in Frankfurt
