The non-profit Heidelberg Laureate Forum Foundation (HLFF) was founded in 2013 by SAP co-founder Klaus Tschira and aims to promote mathematics and computer science. For this purpose, HLFF organizes the Heidelberg Laureate Forum (HLF) annually, a scientific network meeting that brings together the sponsors of the most prestigious awards in mathematics and computer science with 200 outstanding young researchers from these fields. Another focus of the Foundation is to direct public attention to the two disciplines of mathematics and computer science, to raise interest in it and to strengthen it sustainably. Holistic support of around 200 international young researchers before and during the Heidelberg Laureate Forum (September) Responsibility for the participation and guest management of an international scientific event Organisation and execution of travel grants, travel bookings and visa processes Management, maintenance and evaluation of participant data in the CRM system Coordination of hotel quotas and close coordination with internal departments and external partners

Complete university studies, dual studies or a completed commercial training, ideally in the field of event management, event management, tourism, project management or comparable qualifications - important to us is your practical experience in organizing complex processes First experience in event, participant or event management, ideally in the international environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing for secure communication with international participants Very secure MS Office knowledge especially Excel, (advanced) and ideally experience with CRM systems Careful and independent functioning as well as safe handling of extensive data sets and organizational processes High service orientation and joy in cooperation with international participants High loadability and flexibility, especially in intensive event phases around the event
