In this role, you are responsible for the development and implementation of regional sales strategies in accordance with the global objectives and the requirements of the business unit. You define and implement a structured go-to-market approach and continuously develop a performance-oriented sales organization. The focus is on the strategic development of the PTI business and the expansion of the Damage-Appraisal services. In doing so, you will continue to manage, control and develop a distribution organisation distributed throughout Germany. At the same time, you are driving forward the development and further development of a powerful key account management as well as the targeted development and development of strategic customer segments (e.g. trading partners, OEM networks, insurance companies, fleet and leasing companies). In addition, you define and establish governance structures between sales and operational units to ensure consistent and efficient implementation of the sales strategy across all relevant performance areas.

Multiannual experience in a leading sales function incl. P&L Responsibility in the automotive or mobility services environment, ideally in PTI, testing services, damage assessment, claims or vehicle assessment. Strong strategic-analytical capabilities as well as detectable experience in the development and implementation of effective sales strategies and the transformation of sales organisations along defined Go‐to-Market approaches. Understanding the market and customer structures in the automotive and remarketing environment as well as experience in cooperation with strategic partners along the value chain (e.g. dealer organisations, insurance companies, fleet operators and automotive service chains). Experience in building and scaling efficient sales structures and in change management initiatives. Leadership experience with geographically distributed teams as well as strong skills in team development, governance and performance management. German knowledge of C1 level; English at least on B2 level.
