Then start with our technical trainee program in Frankfurt.  The certified and individually designed practical and development program with a duration of 12 to 15 months offers you: Onboarding: Structured entry through our digital onboarding with first insights into our areas, processes and interfaces as well as the possibility of building a valuable network from the outset Work in various technical fields and organizational units in Germany and abroad, adapted to your previous experience and your subsequent target position in special-purpose construction, e.g. in the building management or in the technical interior service (offer processing, calculation, contract management, work preparation) Network: Knowing other relevant areas and interfaces within the Group to understand inter-area relationships and build a strong network Foreign countries: Three-month international mission as an integral part of the programme Projects: Active cooperation on interesting and demanding projects with the possibility of introducing your own ideas Mentoring: Regular feedback talks, individual training offers, tailored to your strengths, interests and your future target position Takeover guarantee: Flowing transition to your selected position at ZÜBLIN Spezialtiefbau after successful completion of the program

Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or industrial engineering, ideally with focus on geotechnical engineering, as well as a good degree and a maximum of one year relevant professional experience after studying First practical experience through internships or student work activities, ideally in the construction industry  Safe handling of current MS Office applications Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge  Interesting in getting to know different areas of our group, understanding cross-sectoral relationships and building a strong network for your future role in special-depth building; flexibility and readiness to travel for multi-month operations at different locations in Germany and abroad; Readiness to learn, initiative and joy in responsible work and cooperation with different teams and disciplines
