Personnel Officer (m/f/d)

As the first respondent for a defined support area, you will advise employees openly and empathically and will be able to help them reliably.

In addition, you take over the handling of operationally occurring HR activities as well as the creation and processing of personal-relevant documents.

The implementation of disciplinary measures, including the discussion, is also part of your responsibility.

You work in projects and take responsibility for selected HR topics, such as process optimizations or document creation, which you continuously develop.

You have a completed commercial training and have ideally completed a personal economic training (e.g., a personal businessman m/w/d). You have already gained professional experience in a comparable HR activity. You have knowledge of the labour and social security law as well as the works council law. You have profound knowledge of the application of MS Office and preferably SAP knowledge. An open, customer-oriented and team-oriented operation is of course for you. You are happy to act independently in your area of responsibility and perform your tasks with a high degree of care and reliability.
