Personaladministration & Personalcontrolling (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Personal administration & payment Administrative activities (including maintenance of personal master files, time management, administration of entrances and exits) Wages and salary billing with VEDA incl. Pre- and post-processing Contact persons in billing-relevant questions and for external bodies (e.g. authorities, social security institutions) Support for occupational retirement provision, temporary worker management and the creation of HR documents (e.g. certificates, certificates, etc.) Recruiting & Onboarding Participation in contract management (contract creation, contract changes, etc.) Personal control Further development and digitization of the personal control Analysis and monitoring of personnel characteristics (e.g. RTD, productivity, utilisation, sick status), including support for the operational sector Creation of monthly HR reports, KPIs and ad hoc evaluations, e.g. for the parent company and management Participation in budget and forecast creation

Completed commercial training or studies with a focus on personnel, controlling and economic relations Experience in personal controlling, in particular in the analysis and production of HR key figures, HR reports, forecasts and budgets (basic) knowledge of pay accounting and labour, tax and social security law Experience in handling HR systems desirable (e.g. VEDA, DATEV or comparable) Very good Excel knowledge and safe handling with MS Office Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Structured, reliable and independent working and discretion Independent, structured, reliable, targeted and solution-oriented working with a high level of responsibility Communication and team skills as well as pleasure in versatile HR topics Reliable planability: Your presence is required in certain accounting periods (e.g. monthly beginning / end) – outside these phases you benefit from flexibility within the framework of a sliding time system
