Professional and disciplinary leadership of the head office and the district offices with currently around 100 employees at a total of 6 locations Responsibility for the safe and economical operation of the power grid Budget planning and responsibility for activities Responsibility for the organisation of network call readiness Takeover of role as technical leadership (S1000) Participation in the creation and further development of higher-level supply concepts with regard to future requirements by the energy transition and digitalization Further development and continuous optimization of the organization and processes of the area Responsibility for the implementation and compliance of legislation, technical guidelines and regulations Negotiations to offices, authorities, service providers etc

Successfully completed engineering studies in electrical engineering, energy engineering, energy management, supply technology or comparable study direction Multiannual disciplinary leadership experience Experience gained in the operation of a distribution network Ideally qualified as technical leadership (S1000) Experience in the management of demanding technical projects Competence for developing forward-looking strategies with affinity for digitalization Entrepreneurial thinking, resilience and high level of commitment and implementation orientation Structured, analytical method combined with a pragmatic approach Communication and enforcement strength, combined with a motivating personality and the will for cross-departmental cooperative cooperation Commitment and Responsibility
