We are looking for two (Senior) IT Consultants (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for Microsoft Dynamics 365, once for marketing and once for customer service.

Take over the technical responsibility for CRM solutions in the field of customer service or marketing within a specialized product team Recording and analysis of requirements from the departments and their translation into solutions with Dynamics 365 Support for automation, system transfer and integration Customer Service: Conceptual development of service processes such as cases, queues and SLAs Configuration and quality assurance of data models, roles, views and rules

Marketing: Definition of Segments and KPI Frameworks and Ensuring Consent and Compliance (e.g. Opt-In, GDPR) Conception and design of journeys and processes in close cooperation with the marketing team

Successfully completed studies of (economic) computer science or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Cloud) or Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on Premise) Expert knowledge of Power Automate, basic knowledge of Power Apps are advantageous Basic knowledge in REST/OData, first experience with Power BI-Basics desirable Experience in low-code integration platforms and in C# for Azure Functions are desirable
