Become part of a dynamic team as a machine operator (m/w/d) in an exciting 3-shift operation! In this position, you take a central role in production, where accuracy and quality have the highest priority. You will work with small parts that require the highest precision, and are responsible for the regular conversion of the machines. Your technical know-how helps you to efficiently design production processes and ensure the highest quality standards.

• You are responsible for operating modern production machines in the 3-shift system.
• You carry out regular quality checks, especially with small and sensitive components.
• You're testing machines and adapting them to their production requirements.
• For trouble-free production, you solve minor technical problems.
• You work closely with other team members to ensure smooth processes.

We are looking for

• You have first experiences in handling production machines or are motivated to learn this role.
• You have mechanical knowledge and can understand and apply technical processes.

• You are ready to work in the 3-shift system and are flexible in terms of working hours.
• You are team-oriented and show your own initiative.
