As klaarnoord gGmbH, we provide assistance services for people with mental illnesses and/or addiction. With our multi-professional team, we support, support and advise our clients in implementing their personal goals. We think of the human being and provide our services individually and socially oriented. Both outpatiently in our own haeus and in our substationary offers.

Overview of tasks

• Person-centred individual case aid under reference work
• Communication at different levels with clients, relatives and legal service providers
• Social-administrative accompaniment in participation plan procedures and implementation of these agreed services
• Design of inclusive skills processes
• Preparation and implementation of group offers
• Crisis management
• Network and social space development
• Participation in service and case meetings and commissions
• Takeover of home responsibilities in our WG's

• A training as a social pedagogue or comparable qualification
• Experiences in integration and work with people with mental illnesses
• A high degree of tolerance, sensitivity and empathy for the special features of our clientele
• Team and Conflictability - Together with colleagues is important to you
• Personal stability, resilience and self-employment in the work organization
• Class B driving licence
