Full responsibility for building operations including the management of a staff member Ensuring production capability including ensuring operational and building safety Planning, commissioning and monitoring of external, infrastructural services and future-oriented construction or Reconstruction projects Responsibility for the budget of maintenance, repair and energy costs including reporting to management Optimization of the business processes within the meaning of the energy management system according to ISO 5001

Complete degree in facility management, building management, civil engineering, architecture or economic engineering; ideally with an additional training to the fire protection officer (m/w/d) Multiannual professional and leadership experience from the working environment of the building management Knowledge of technical and legal regulations in the area of responsibility Embossed communication and coordination strength including the necessary enforcement capability Service-oriented operation and cost-oriented action
