Working Student Development Solutions & Services (job for all genders)

You can participate in our AI-assisist activities, optimize the quality of the AI responses, identify suitable training data, for example FAQs on specific topics, and start targeted content for further training. In your function, you support the rollout of a customer portal, create associated documentation and instructions and coordinate translations for different countries and markets. You conduct market and competition analyses and prepare the results in a clear way to support strategic decisions in the field of Business Development Solutions & Services. Your tasks include working on various digital projects, including CX and Activation platforms, and optimizing the Metabo app. In addition, you update relevant service and warranty information and support various other service topics.

You are at least in the 3rd semester of a study such as economic engineering, BWL, business informatics, innovation management or a comparable degree program and have preferably already gained first practical experience in business development or digital projects. Your work is structured, analytical and reliable. You like to take responsibility, introduce your own ideas and keep an overview of several tasks at the same time. You like to work with digital tools and platforms, enjoy technical topics and modern systems, and can quickly work into new portals and applications, with basic Excel knowledge of advantage. Very good knowledge of German (- C1) and good knowledge of English (- B2) in word and writing complete your profile so that you can communicate safely in an international environment such as the KOKI Group.
