In the reception of clients, we carry out various assessments to determine the status quo. In the course of time we evaluate these, react very quickly to changes and agree on necessary measures. We examine the domestic situation and determine the need for necessary care aids. We support our clients in the application and procurement of care aids.

We also attach great importance to the support and advice of the relatives. We will help with all the necessary requests (including those for the necessary increases). We maintain intensive communication with the relatives in order to implement necessary measures in a targeted manner.

With our employees we maintain an open and communicative relationship. We live mutual appreciation. We have more than 10 employees working with us for more than five years. Our fluctuation rate in the last four years is almost zero. You are responsible for the professional basic and treatment care of our clients directly in their home and thus ensure their quality of life. You plan and control the care process independently, create the planning of measures and adapt them individually to the needs of clients. As a central contact person, you work closely and trustfully with clients, their relatives and the entire care team. You take over the careful care documentation and thus ensure a smooth flow of information for all participants. You actively contribute your expertise to team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement by evaluating the care processes.

You have a completed training as a nurse (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Ideally you bring first experience in outpatient care, but above all your passion for the profession counts. Class B driving licence is mandatory for the tours to our clients. Your empathic, independent and team-ready way distinguishes you and creates trust in clients and in the team. For smooth communication and documentation you have very good German skills (at least C1 level).
