Together with the Hiring Managers, you perform request analyses and translate them into targeted recruiting measures. From screening the applications, through the digital initial interviews, to support the planning of follow-up calls and participation of applicants, you control the entire selection process. You work closely with the HR Business partners, Employer Branding, Works Council and the Disability Representation and are responsible for the submission of hearings in the recruitment process. The documentation and quality assurance of the recruiting processes is part of your task as well as the care in the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting application management system. The support of Recruiting Hotline and Recruiting Postfach is part of your everyday life as well as the support of our students in the team. You support cross-departmental recruiting projects and actively contribute your practical experience.
