Care, promotion and support of children in their individual development Planning and implementation of educational activities and projects Design of play and learning situations Support in child care and care Trustful cooperation with parents and the team

Completed vocational training as an educator, nurse or comparable degree (m/w/d) according to § 7 KiTaG Empathy, humor and willingness to enter a good educational partnership with parents Commitment and joy in education, education and care of children Motivation and enthusiasm for developing common perspectives of the future
