The area of plant operation is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the 380 and 220 kilovolt network for substations and free lines in the area. Furthermore, on behalf of the project management, we carry out the quality control for commissioned construction measures on the network. The aim of the plant operation is to ensure trouble-free and accident-free operation with high plant availability. The support area extends across Baden-Württemberg and along our construction projects of the HGÜ-anlagen (Ultranet, SuedLink etc.). Master / Techniker Facility Management (m/w/d)

They assume the location and operator responsibility for the selected properties. They support the technical and infrastructural facility management of our properties and the operating buildings of the DC systems in the area. They accompany the optimization of the facility management concept and its introduction to daily practice. They follow the warranty topics as part of the start-up of the property/building and later operation. They take care of maintenance, repairs and recurring tests and check the proper implementation in the properties/buildings. They are responsible for instructing and monitoring service providers with regard to safety and environmental protection requirements. They identify, prioritize and troubleshoot technical disturbances, are available to the building users as a contact person and, where appropriate, participate in the standby service.

They have a master or technician degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification. They have experience in coordinating and monitoring external service providers in the area organisation. They have pronounced economic thinking, enforcement and stress resistance. They act independently and foreseeable, possess team spirit, are very committed and stand up safely. They are routined with office products and have as much SAP knowledge as possible. You are in possession of a class B driving licence and are looking forward to business trips within your area of competence. The acquisition of additional driving licences required for your activity is supported by the company. They provide the willingness to acquire additional qualifications.
