As an overview holder, you ask for the best care for our housing owners communities. You will also keep an overview when many topics land on your table at the same time. Nothing goes without you – you are the hub for owners, tenants and authorities. THE WEG is not just the goal - you know the WEG right or are ready to infect yourself Lamp fever is a foreign word for you. You prepare the owner's meetings, execute them and implement the decisions. You always have an eye on our objects: regular desires, technical projects and all that belongs to them are in your hand. You work structured, independent and do not lose sight of multiple objects You can check if everything is running – from maintenance to testing, you keep an overview. Damage and insurance cases? No problem, you know what to do and take care of the resolution. Whether tenants, lawyers, public authorities or service providers – communication is yours. You are the contact person who keeps the overview. You have a good feeling for improvements and know where we can get even more technically or economically. Budget planning and appointment controlling are in the best hands with you – you have the numbers and appointments firmly under control.

You are bringing an apprenticeship as a real estate businessman (m/w/d), real estate specialist (m/w/d), studying with a focus on real estate. Of course, we are also pleased with applicants who want to acquire a necessary qualification as part of a training course with subsequent IHK exam. You have already gained experience in the WEG management of residential properties and know you well. WEG law? No new country for you – you know what it is. You are customer-oriented, friendly and self-certified – you just have a hand for people. You have a look at the costs and value quality. Clear words, open communication and teamwork are fun. You are flexible, you like to take responsibility and take action when it comes to it. You work independently, structured and accurate. Numbers are full of your thing. You have a class B license and you're mobile.
