Senior Director Product (m/w/d) is the company-wide responsibility for our product landscape and reports directly to the management. You shape vision, strategy and implementation of our digital products – and lead an interdisciplinary team of product, technology and editorial services. Your focus: make medical knowledge intelligently available and translate into scalable, user-centric solutions – with measurable added value for doctors, patients and the health system. You develop and manage the product strategy across the entire portfolio – from vision and target image to concrete implementation. You will focus on strategic goals and connect user needs, regulatory requirements and technological options to clear decisions. In close cooperation with Business, Engineering, Editorial and Regulatory Affairs, you are interested in transparency, focus and effectiveness. At the same time, you will continue and develop Product Owneso and Editorial Services and build a strong, effective product organization. You promote Ownership, decision-making and a culture of continuous development and actively accompany your team through coaching and mentoring, especially in product management. As a connecting entity between medical content and technology, you make sure that both worlds work closely together and pursue common target images. You establish clear delivery processes and systematically integrier feedback from idea to rollout. You work pragmatically with methods such as Lean UX, Design Thinking and hypothesis-driven product development and always keeps an eye on impact, scalability and sustainability.

Multiannual experience in the management of digital product organisations (e.g. as Head of Product, Director Product, CPO) Detectable successes in the design, development and scaling of products including Market and user analyses Very good technical understanding (architectures, APIs, data models, agile product development) Ideally experience in collaboration with content or editorial teams, ideally in the medical or regulated environment Strong Leadership Mintset, value-oriented leadership skills and experience in developing teams Embossed strategic clarity combined with entrepreneurial thinking, economic understanding and the ability to implement strategic decisions operationally.
