Participation in the commissioning of external specialist planners for the field of civil engineering in new construction, refurbishment and infrastructure measures, as well as open-air installations and their independent control (project management) in all performance phases of HOAI Coordination and supervision of contract planning and construction services of contractors Project management according to AHO in all project stages and areas of action Coordination of professional participants in contractor function (such as approval authorities of the Land of Hessen, the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden, specialist offices, engineering offices, etc.) Contract and Subsequent Management Creating, tuning and updating medium outflow plans for construction and planning costs Creating, tracking and updating schedules, design documents, opinions and project statistics and documentation

Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor/ Master or Diploma) of civil engineering, deepening of transport and road construction / Infrastructure planning Multiannual practical professional experience in managing projects with many actors (institutions, authorities, distribution and disposal companies, etc.) Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and guidelines in the field of public development knowledge of public procurement law and relevant practical experience Embossed communication skills and negotiation security in German Knowledge of specialist software preferably AutoCAD, MS-Office, MS-Project Steady willingness to perform and take responsibility and a high degree of self-initiative as well as team-oriented and at the same time independent, independent work Excellent quality and cost awareness Safe and competent occurrence Class B licence holder
