In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated real estate consultant:in/ Immobilienmakler:in (m/w/d).

Your duties independent acquisition of residential properties and multi-family houses professional assessment and market-oriented presentation of real estate Planning and execution of visits and accompanying the entire sales process Implementation of targeted sales and marketing measures Advising customers on all topics related to real estate placement Support and cooperation with Sparkasse's offices in the business area Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships

This will bring you Experience in real estate distribution and/or in real estate placement ideally an immobility-related training or comparable qualification strong customer and service orientation Communication strength, negotiation skills and safe occurrence independent, structured and targeted working methods high motivation and joy in dealing with people
