Staff | CAFM Manager | Coordinator m/w/d Location: Munich Stahlgruberring Reference number: 2026-0309 Working time: Full time

Varied activity to ensure the defined standard for a single CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) Preparation of the data structure in MS-Excel or MS-Access for migration Coordination and bundling of individual requirements for a targeted further development of CAFM software Development and participation in process optimization and introductions Creating training documents, organizing and performing training events independently

Technical or economic studies with Bachelor or Master degree primarily from the field of mechanical engineering / electrical engineering / specialist facility management Alternatively technical training, e.g. as an electronics engineer/plant mechanics HKLS ideally with technicians or master qualifications as well as cross-compartments with comparable qualifications Vocational experience in comparable activities desirable Knowledge of service planning and maintenance planning Care of the customer portal and compliance with current laws and regulations Self-employed, analytical and systematic work
